Is my content crawl-able or no ; I have a site over 3 years old, the pr has never gone passed 2 and I do not rank for top ses..... but the density is good and meta is set right ... any hints on why :) lol

Do people link to your site? Do you advertise your site? Do you have a sitemap? Do you have webmaster accounts with Google and Bing?
There's a lot more involved then some meta tags, even with a possibly obscure product.

If you have a PR, obvioulsly, your site has been crawled. Many, many sites never go above PR2.

I guess you don't have to worry about PR anymore. Google decided to dump the PR on their webmaster toolbar. Since 2007 Google wanted to remove the toolbar because it was literally "useless". So don't use PR as a basis man, it only serve as an "indicator" that your site doesn't have a problem. And from what you said, I think your site looks fine.
