Is it allowed to sell used books online or are there any copyrights

used books copyright laws?

I have collection of used medical books which I now want to sell online through my website < domain name removed>

Till now I am selling new books on this site by gathering books from different sources like amazon, etc. but the question is Am I allowed to sell my personal collection of medical books and can ship it to anyone World wide?

Your site will be edited out (see TOS)

You can sell your personal items, and used books of all kinds, without fear of copyright. You'll find many used book sites out there... including places like eBay...

As long as you don't make additional copies, you're free to buy and sell books as you want and as people have done for hundreds of years.

It's one of the nice things about an old paper book compared to software and some of the new ebooks which try to sell you a license for use, not true ownership.
