I have come across this site of a competitor that has copied lots of my site pages content including my meta tag and description, along with my back links from my pages please advice me of what can be done? Sincerely Yours,
Copy back links? Interesting. I'd like to know how that was done. Meanwhile, file a DCMA to the ISP and the website to stop this theft.

where you having links to your site in some directories, etc. and competitor added there links to same dirs ?

Thank you for prompt respond am so sorry am still learning as am new to this! And the language aspect of things let me clarify? When they copied the content I had anchor text on the pages pointing to other pages with in my site which show they just went in to view source on my site and copied thing almost word for word, so if you go to there site and click on these links they take you to my site, the sad thing Google has not even ranked there pages but they even come up above me in certain keywords? My site is <snip> the copy cat site <snip> they also have so many sites that rank so strong they are trying to kill every one in my area, I have spent months and months designing this site and creating content images and seo efforts and these unethical idiots just copy my concept and contents.
