Example: you purchase ebooks and they have 3 websites for one transaction with 3 different e-mails (even yahoo). When you pay it will be sent activation code from yahoo mail that you will have lost in SPAM folder.
After many replies you ask them to send Key but they do not reply. They send again Key after months and you told them to return money back. Activaton code was never activated. They claim that 60 days were limit to refund. On their site it is any phone number.It is not usual business way but they have done all correct but abused internet business way.

How to return money back as they insist not to return money back? Payment was done by Paypal system and I think it could be returned back. Their website is actually not functional anymore but still exists. I think this is not fair business relation. They get rich with such ebooks but abuse usual way.

Resolution Center on Paypal has noticed me that it was closed because it was opened for more than 45 days after the transaction date or did not meet other filing criteria...
