Hello. I created a javascript library contains 15 files and now I want to licence the package using Creative Commons. Is placing just the licence file on the top directory of package enough or do I have to place the licence in each file?

The way I've seen most scripts like that is that you put a URL in the script that goes back to your page, where licensing information is. This way the people who are using your script can easily see what the license is. Just state that you can't take that out, and I think you should be good.
