i think you should be considering the topic of your website and deciding which other nationalities would be a suitable audience rather than just seeing which is the next most popular language - unless of course your site is of a universallly appreciated topic.

Why don't you do your page(s) in English then put a "translate this page" widget on it(them). I know Y and G both offer them.

yes.. but for there is a need to put a language meta in site html to direct google and yahoo to read the contents in spanish or in english... what do you say? you missed that point Marshall
