Hi all,
I am planning to create a website to earn some money with google adsense. But I have some doubts regarding this.
1. Do you have to create a company(Get it Registered) to start my website?( As i would be making money out of it.) If yes what all steps do i have to take to register a company.If no then is there any other legal requirement that i have to comply with.
2. Do i need to take copyright for my website(Is it mandatory)? If yes how.
3. How can i state(to tax department) income earned from google adsense?

Let's back up the website train for a second. Before you worry about Adsense you should worry about building a quality site with a user base first. Running in and making a fortune on Adsense doesn't happen overnight.

However, google.com/adsense can answer your ad-related questions for you. But I warn you, don't worry about Adsense until you've got something there to begin with.

I would add to Stout's post by recommending you browse the books at nolo.com or check them out at your local library to answer the business questions you have. You might want to also spend some time reading previous posts in the community as many of these questions have been answered in various formats and threads overtime and some reading and research on your part will find them.

We can point you in the right direction, but you have to do the homework and put in the effort to actually build the business.
