I filed DMCA reports to all the big boys in early July, now I have the initial email back from G & Y, but anyone know roughly how long before the pages are removed or action is taken?

The reason I ask is that we are keen to file proceeedings on copyright, but as soon as we do the hosting company will shut down the site in question - this therefore means that Google (in particular as they control 80%+ of searches here in the UK) cannto proceed with the removal of copyright from their serps.

Any help appreciated... want to nail the bast&*$s!
