I write a lot of articles and found one of my articles to have been re-written with my signature on it.

The writing, I might add was not of the quality of my original article. How would you handle this situation.

contact the author of the rewritten article and ask him to take action and remove it!

a nice and polite e-mail is the first thing you have to do. If it doesn't work use the heavy cavalry - the lawyers.
