In the past I have been the only editor and person to post articles to the website but recently I formed a team to do this with me. I need a script that will allow my reviewers to submit articles to a central area that would then allow the editors to assign those reviews to themselves. Simply to prevent them from working on the same article. That is pretty much all I need. Every script I have looked at so far has a million other features but not something straight forward like this. Any suggestions?
