Best Script for Posting Articles

Hi,

I was wondering if anybody could recommend a good script for automatic posting up of new articles on my site, without my having to manually cut and paste them from emails, which is very laborious and tedious (all those Break tags you have to eradicate!).

You see, I run a True Ghost Stories site and am getting fresh articles sent to me every day, and it is very time consuming having to go through them all to cut and paste them.

Would Word Press be ideal for this? I have access to the program in all the extra scripts I got from my web hosting company, but don't know whether this would be the correct one to use. I want my visitors to just post their articles and they will be automatically included on the site, thus obviating the need for any manual labour from me.

Please help.

Thanks.

Perhaps you need to install a CMS like Joomla. Joomla should be able to handle this fairly easily.

I use Joomla for this too. You want some control so include a step where you review the article before it goes live. Someone could post spam etc. This is build into content management systems. Don't let everything submitted go live automatically.

Joomla is the best solution for you, I agree. You can design it to your own taste (vast collection of templates available), it is no doubt feature rich and easy to work with, so don't hesitate and go ahead.

Good luck.

Yes, I do agree with joomla, too!
