When does an opinion become libel on a webpage?
I would love to hear an accurate description or example. If you say someone is making terrible decisions as a CEO and using questionable judgement putting the whole company in jeapardy, is that an opinion or is it libel?

These are probably questions for an attorney. After all, if the issues were cut-and-dried, libel cases wouldn't likely be so long and involved... and expensive.

You really need to talk to a licensed attorney.

It could be a lot of things.
