Yahoo Answers copied my content

Someone asked a question at Yahoo! Answers service.
They provided a reply based on our website. The reply is basicly a copy of one of our pages that perfectly answers the question.

So now, our content is both: on our site and yahoo answers. and both pages are cached by google.

the reply gives a link to my site but it is with a nofollow tag.

I am wondering what to do now.
it would be funny to run DMCA against yahoo answers.

Surely Yahoo Answers must have some point of contact for such cases? I'd assume they would be interested in a "friendly solution", yours can't be the first case of this kind.

Did they snag your whole page, or just quote a section of it?

I can totally sympathize but if they just quoted you, gave you credit, and then linked to you, you came out pretty good.

The nofollow sucks though :P

When the OP says "basicly a copy of one of our pages" that sounds like significantly more than a fair-use quoted snippet.

they replier copied all text from the page. they did not include menus and pictures of course.
but the entire text from my page was simply copied.

sure i get a credit. but now my page can be deemed a copy of yahoo and not yahoo page a copy of mine.

I simply would not like to rewrite my page to make it original only because a website like yahoo.com took it.
in SE's eyes, yahoo.com will always have more trust...
