Using facebook app without being a member of facebook?

Hello - I would like to use a facebook login for a site of mine, so users who wants to sign up, just can login with there facebook logins, but do I have to be a member of facebook to use such things, be cause that will not happen.

Why not joining FB to set up things for your users? You don't need to get into facebook more deeply; but I think you can incorporate "like" buttons, commenting space, etc. without being a member yourself.
