How to get urers on a new video hosting site ?

Hey guys
I wanted to ask you all that how to get visitors to a new video hosting site ?
What the site provides
Its just like youtube but it doesnt have 15 minutes limit and people can download videos from that site and the site is fully mobile friendly ie people can watch their videos on their mobiles currently IOS devices and Android devices are supported when people are playing videos on mobile the mp4 version of the video is played and when on pc the flv version is played

I would be highly obliged if someone could help me out here :)

For a start don't try to go head to head with Google on a broad front unless you have money to burn.

Identify a niche and become strong there. You will probably need to pay some people to create good content for you and push the content (not the service) on social media with the additional advice that as its on your site it is also mobile friendly. Remember that becoming an overnight success takes a long time.

as u said that i should concentrate on a particular niche i shall do that and may i ask you where i can find people for the content creation
