I now have the problem of having too much work with my website and I am alone in developing it. So I would need some help with how to let people know that it is open for those people who would help me dveleop my website in return of partnership which will eventually mean that you will earn money if we get enough ads on it. No-one would be interested? I was pretty sure there would be poeple asking about this. I was wondering whether I could post the link to my website so poeple can check it out. This has been discussed quite a lot recently. A lot of people are relucatant to put their time and effort into a promise of a return, whereas others are willing to invest in a future percentage. Depending on what you need doing you might be better off posting on a freelance website just for some paid help at the moment. Get a feel for the person doing the work for you and then possibly approach them with the idea of a partnership if they seem interested enough. Personally I wouldn't go straight into offering a percentage of the potential profits when there are other ways to get the work done. Just my opinion though.

Thanks for your reply! I was planning to post on many forums for example i did here too but then I am not sure where else. People seem not to care about the situation I am in right now. Could you recommend someone or a community i could get someone who could partner up? I would really need some help. Offering payment is my last resort but since I could not get a response I offered it. I would need someone with the same level as me so someone who knows html php css and maybe javascript well.

Everyone I know with these skills are happily employed with a guaranteed paycheck. I think your best bet would be to look for a high-school student. If you go to a freelance-type job board looking for a cheap programmer from a part of the world where programmers work for pennies, you'll see that there are a lot of other web sites with more promise that people can work for, for a cut of future revenues.

I'll be honest, no one is going to randomly partner with someone they don't know. If you want a partner your best bet is find someone in the area who you can meet with face-to-face. Even then be prepared with a contract because partnerships can turn to money squabbles and broken promises very quickly. High school students will be most willing to help, if anyone.

There can be no "if". You'll need to promise a minimum amount of money for time invested regardless. People don't like to work on other people's projects for the possibility of a payout.
