Twitter says it has established a better Admin function to help it deal with spam in a more effective manner.

The new admin tool, they say, makes them more efficient at dealing with spam. In addition, their community feedback will factor in more when raising the flag against spam. Furthermore, they intend to take on dedicated staff to manage anti-spam tools.
