Hi, i run a community website that requires you to sign up then click on the authorization link that is sent out to the member to confirm their registration, one big problem i have noticed is that at the end of each month we have a script that shows all the members who have signed up but have not confirmed their link, on looking at their email addresses 90% of the un-confirmed ones are all hotmail accounts, so i did a test sign up with hotmail and as i guessed hotmail is not letting the emails through, has anyone any tips how to get it past their filters?

Deliverability of email confirmations is a huge issue. Here's a Microsoft document on how to improve Hotmail deliverability [download.microsoft.com]
