I have a sub web site but it has 2 nutty people keep posting web links to porn and insurance sites with the only comment "I like you" I could get rid of them, but I wish I could get some serious people contributing had the sub site for 3 years now with only these 2 half wits using it. How can I get people to my sub web site?

It truly sounds as if you have some bots posting. They're probably not people at all. Just automated programs that post spam.
Nobody serious will post in a spam filled guest-book. You need to address that.
