We are all familiar with Digg and Netscape (the current one, not the old one.) If you were writing a formula to rank social bookmarks how would you do it? What variables would you consider? How would you organize and weight them?

I'm not sure I get your intention - do you want to rank the various social bookmarking schemes, and, if so, by what criteria?
