Is there a CMS solution for this?

I'm thinking of putting up a sports/hobby website where users can list their clubs, addresses, specific dates for events etc. I was thinking of having the site broken down by continent, then by country, then by region. I was also thinking of having a BB for this site.
Do the standard CMS systems handle this kind of thing, or would I be looking at adding mods to accomplish this goal? This would pretty much be a not for profit site, so I don't want to put too much time into it.

Any suggestions on a ready to go setup? I have fantastico on the site so there are some ready to go CMS systems available.

Hmm - the thing with CMS's are that there are soooo many of them. I have tried several and settled on one called joomla because it has a large contributor base and because the cms part is well seperated from the css ' look and feel' part. And its easy to segregate content in line with your requirements. Importantly its opensource, so its free. you can demo it and about 20 others on opensourcecms.com

Drupal can certainly do this. I don't know entirely what you're envisioning as far as the geographic break out, but with drupal, you can set it up so users can create a content type (clubs in this case) and manage the content that lives on that page.
