How do I see what the site looks like from different countries?

I’m looking for a web-based service or software that allows me to see browse the web as if I were in different countries. I want to see how different sites handle geo-targeting.
Do I just have to find country specific proxies? Or is there a service that already runs proxies internationally that I can choose from.
Please PM me if you have any specific websites in mind if you can't post in this thread.

you should also change your language/location settings in Windows if you want to be detected as from different countries.

That isn't going to change your ISP's IP block ..and may well result in your keyboard not working ..and your display defaulting to wingdings ( if you reset to chinese for example ..and you dont have chinese character support installed on your box )...
