There are many packages out there.

We try to stay away from specific recommendations, because almost 100% of the cloaking software authors on the web are regular readers and responders in this - one of the only - cloaking forums on the web.

How to choose:

a) be specific about what capabilties you need.

b) get specific about your requirements.
- webserver, platform, package, language.

c) note what type of support you feel your are going to need: regular updates of ip addresses. Alternative language/agent/ip/country/format/rss/xml/hmtl page delivery you are going to need.

Once you get specific about that list of items - your choices are narrowed down to a few. Then you are going to need to have a run through yourself and decide.
