OK....say I have 10 Domains full of 150-500 keywords each, they point back to my central permanent domain.
Do I submit all 10 domain names to google? I don't think your supposed to supmit them, but let the crawler find them itself.
How exactly does this work?

The best way to make sure Googlebot finds your cloaked pages is by having links pointing to them from pages which are indexed. Submitting the domains themselves may get them spidered, but you will have a tough time getting rankings without incoming links.
