Which permalink should I choose?

I have a blog on Chest Exercises/Workout.
So what permalink should I choose -

(i) www.example.com/chest-exercises/
(ii) www. example.com/chest-workout/

Google Trends shows CHEST WORKOUT is a more popular term than CHEST EXERCISES.

But if you search 'CHEST WORKOUT' the websites with permalink of 'CHEST EXERCISES' are ranking on 1 st, 2nd, and 3rd position on SERP.

Or should I go with other options, like

(iii) www.example.com/chest-exercises-workout/
(iv) www.example.com/chest-exercises-chest-workout/
(v) www.example.com/chest-workout-exercises/

So, what do you think? What's the best thing I can do?
What permalink should I use?

The permalink does not decide your popularity. As long as the URL reflects the page content it is OK. The results you report (search for one, the other appears) is because Google knows these two phrases mean the same thing for the most part. It is the content on the page that decides your success.

Search position does not depend so much on your URL or Permalink. The permalink should accurately describe the page contents. If there was one best URL, everyone would use it. ;)

You are right. Easy to understand permalinks help to give good user behavior. Always the main heading and permalink should be the same phrase and both contained keywords.
