Force apache webserver to listen on all addresses except one ip addres

Hi all, 1st post...

I know I can use

Listen 202.5.1.1:80
Listen 202.5.1.2:80
Listen 202.5.1.3:80

to or

Listen 80 to listen to all

BUT... is there a way to tell apache to

Listen to all except202.5.1.4:80

I'm not certain ... but perhaps you can set VirtualHost for that IP?
[httpd.apache.org...]
