We run a small group of credit card websites. We have done well in this competitive niche, however we are still at the mercy of our affiliate partners.
We believe we have the technology and traffic to deal directly with the credit card issuers, at least some of them, like cap one, citi, Chase and so on.
However, finding the people to talk to has proven nearly impossible. The affiliates will not give up these companies reps or contact info (for good reason) and when we try to go directly to the banks, we have to submit an email to their general customer service box asking for the "internet department".
This has proven to be useless. Can anyone help me with some other ways we might be able to snoop out the decision makers and people who run the affiliate programs for the larger banks?
All ideas are appreciated ...
