How to find direct advertisers

I am looking to find advertisers to advertise on my site,i already have adsense,which does ok,buts its up and down,so i would like also to have advertisers promoting on my site with fixed monthly rates.

My site is a celebrity forum.

My stats

3000 + visitors a day.
50.000 + page views a day.
100.000 + Visitors a month.
1.5 million + page views a month.

Question 1: where to find suitable advertisers
Question 2: How much is reasonable to charge based on those stats.

where to find suitable advertisers

Look at the competition, both on-line and in print. I sell space for a print magazine and its simply a matter of knowing your subject and knowing who the players are.
