We join a lot of groups about products. With each post or blog, we send it for some people. In the first time of developing Linkedin account, we create some other accounts to like our posts in groups. It helps this post show in homepage of groups where shows favorite post. By this way, more and more people can see our posts with products.

So you make fake LinkedIn profiles to like your own content, and you think that LinkedIn can't detect you trying to game their system?

I think using accounts of people is not prohibited. It perhaps is account of friends or employees. If this content is good, Linkedin will promote it after that.

I'm pretty sure that creating a sock puppet army is not playing by their rules. LinkedIn's TOS [linkedin.com] specifically states you won't:
Create a false identity on LinkedIn;
Misrepresent your identity, including but not limited to the use of a pseudonym;
Create a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person);
Use or attempt to use another's account;
So, yes, it is prohibited.
