Researchers estimate over 400,000 routers are affected by cryptojacking malware devised to mine crypto currencies.
Routers ought to be updated to mitigate the problem, and the manufacturer most affected has issued an update some time back.
The problem is that most people probably don't even think of updating their router firmware, nor how to do it.
