Structured data Quandary - multiple websites but one brand

Hi all,

I don't think my issue is completely unique, but it is somewhat a corner case that I have found difficult to get a definitive opinion (that may not actually exist in this world).

We have three websites:
<snip>

We have three Trustpilot accounts, one for each website.

We have an Adwords account, Analytics account and a Google My Business account for each site too (two are pending verification - UK and Aus).

Ultimately, we are a single organization with different brand names, services and pricing for different geographies. We'll probably roll all of these into a single site eventually, but that is currently not feasible for a number of reasons that I won't get into here.

The problem we have is that we are trying to implement comprehensive structured data throughout our websites. We have stopped using plugins for Wordpress and went for a custom approach; however, this custom approach seems to be negatively affecting some if not all of our websites.

The specific questions I have are as follows:
1. Should we have one organisation object that is the same across all of our sites? If so, should that refer to the different brands?
2. Should we have a custom organisation per site using the parentOrganization property from schema.org?
3. Should the organisation object have as much detail as we have included on our UK site's structured data? (https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/#url=example.co.uk) - I have followed some info I found on the SEOroundtable website for this as an experiment.

A little bit of direction on this would be a godsend, as it will form the basis of us getting this right across our site, and also then to integrate it with AMP when we roll that out too.

Thanks in advance!

K

Step back a bit (away from "web stuff") and it might make more sense to treat all three as separate divisions of a central company, each independent (and reporting independently) and then ON THE BACKSIDE you compile the data for research and etc.

There's a reason why the phrase "A Division of..." exists.
