have you checked the cached version of your pages in google search or use "fetch as googlebot" in GWT to see if you site has been hacked
it's always a good idea to check your hosting service and IP address to make sure it's not a "bad neighborhood".
How this can identify the hacking of the siteFrom GWT "Fetch as Googlebot" or cached pages you're looking in the source for anything your site didn't add.
if something is wrong with my site then Google will send some kind of warning in webmaster tools i guessProbably not for adult content but you should check the reputation and other factors of the reverse lookup you used. Many are using a simple script to highlight domains that contain adult terms but they may not actually be terms a person would read in a phrase (sorry for the lack of examples but you know you can find words in other words, right? Same principle).

GWT "Fetch as Googlebot"
Still not able to get this, Fetch as Googlebot is in our hand we can use it to fetch and submit to index. How can any other add and fetch. And what to fetch if its not there on the site.
But i am still sure that even breaking out of words in my domain it will not lead to any explicit wordDon't worry, Google gets it. If you use terms in the pages (for the example) like "reservations", "room service" or "checkout time" then they will know you're a hotel website.

For this thread, all you're doing with that tool is "fetching" a few pages to look at them, not submit them. Beside each "fetched" page listed you should see the "Success" link in the "Fetch Status" column, click that to view the headers and source for the page. Look at the source carefully: Is there anything in that that you do not recognize as coming from your site? You should see if a hacker injects links, text or code into your pages.
