I knew we could get something like this could happen and now it's happening. ;)

In reading this months "Search Engine Strategy and Optimization Updates for Aug '12", they wrote Bing is now using this "Disavow" tool. This tool is now in the hands of webmasters via their Bing Webmaster tools.

It's great to see we finally have the ability to disavow links to our site.

Noted in the article was a comment by Duane Forrester:

"Again, it's unclear what affect, if any, use of this service may have. In the official Bing's Blog Post about this subject, Duane Forrester noted not to expect to see any change in ranking after using the tool, and that there is no limit to the number of URL's you can disavow."

Bing's Disavow Tool -
Sign into Bing's WMT -> Under Dashboard -> Configure My Site -> You'll see "Disavow Links"

I don't entirely agree with Mr. Forrester's comment that we "shouldn't expect to see any change in ranking". Actually, I think we may see quite to the contrary because once she leeches [en.wikipedia.org] are scraped off of our site, then again, the cream will rise to the top.
