Us european publisher which have business in USA, we get 37% less income then a few years ago, maybe its time to let the US be a part of the euro now.
In a affiliates view which has income from US advertisers are in real trouble now, also the advertisers from USA must also feel a cut down in european publishers and why issent there any european big player that offers CPM.... worldwide we are so mutch ahead in the internet biss then USA, so why.
Still european who has bussiness with USA, also will have some speculations now with such a low dollar, Im thinking of cutting some of my investors, if they dont add 20% to the payouts.

Because the European internet marketplace isn't as developed as in the USA?

Really? Unlike the generally profligate Americans, Europeans like to save their money and when they do get around to spending it, dislike spending it online. But then again, having tried to spend money on European websites, they make it so hard to transact business it's no wonder anyone bothers.
Germans have an average of around $3,000+ credit card debt. Americans average twice as much debt, at $6000-7000, and elsewhere [usatoday.com] it's been calculated at over $9,000 average debt per US household. Brits are catching up with reckless American spending habits, but they can't pull the entire load alone.
Sorry to hear the exchange rate is nipping your income, but Americans can't spend at a higher rate to help make up the difference for you. What's really at issue isn't the sissydollar but the girly-girl European spending habits. :)
if you look at how many in Europe has a DSL connection compared to USA, thats huge
If they don't shop, then those numbers mean nothing.
I do think European spend more online then the US people.
2006 European Online Ad Spend [emarketer.com]: $10.08 billion
2006 U.S. Online Ad Spend [emarketer.com]: $16.4 Billion
The U.S. market is bigger than the European market, and one of the factors, as I experienced it, is because the European consumer lags in online spending. If the European market was strong instead of nascent, we wouldn't even be discussing the weak dollar. I would love to see the European market mature.

About spending money on internet advertising, I also think US is a little ahead.
still im pist about the dollar, not just be cause of the income, but they must also see everything american is less worth, also spending money on american stocks, also dont look that good as a european.
