I have had three of my websites hosted in the same hoster for more than two years now and I was quite pleased with their service. I have two accounts with them, one of them hosts one domain and the other two. About 10 days ago the account that holds the two domains was suspended with no apparent reason. When I visit my websites I get a message "This Account Has Been Suspended. Please contact the billing/support department as soon as possible." Also, my e-mails don't work and I cannot connect via ftp.
The other account I have works fine and I can connect to it via ftp with no problems. Both my accounts are on the same server and IP address.
I have contact them several times with no response from them. Two days ago, their support suite has also gone down with a message "License Error: Key file has expired". I have no idea what's going on, if they are closed or something. I am really desperate and I have no idea what to do. Unfortunately, and this is my fault, the last backup I have is 5 months old.
So here is my question. Since one of my accounts work and the suspended one is on the same server and IP address on which I have ftp access, is there any way of accessing the other account in order to get my files back, or at least a backup of my databases? I am going to move to a new hoster but I hate to loose 5 months of data.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
I take it they don't have a number for you to call either.
Were the working sites on the same server as the suspended ones?

I have tried user name / password to the suspended accounts but as you said it does not work. They do have a number but it is disconnected so I assume they are out of business or something.
The working sites are on the same server and IP address as the suspended ones. I logged on to my CP on the server using my working account, however I can't find a way to get access to the suspended account.
All I need is a one off access to backup my files and databases. I'm moving to a new host anyway. If you have any ideas at all please share them... i am quite desperate.

Do a whois on the IP address, and see if it points to a datacenter or bigger webhost. Contact them if, preferably by phone, they may well point you in the right direction, depending on their mood and their policies.
Try a whois on the website of your webhost and see if you can find any more details for them, i.e. another phone number. If they are a registered company they should also have details lodged wherever they registered, and they are normally legally required to keep these valid.
Search for the company name, the name of the owner(s), the phone number, and other key details in your favourite search engine - you may find another business owned by the same person through which you can reach the guy behind it, or even a personal page with personal contact details or similar.
If the account got suspended, that tends to indicate that someone has suspended it, meaning there is someone somewhere with control over the server.
