People in other countries make fun of dumb ass laws here in the U.S. and how they harm Internet innovation. It would appear, however, that the UK is trying to out stupid us at every turn. This is one really asinine plan that will stifle the free sharing of ideas (and I'm not talking about freely sharing pirated content). UK voters need to stand up to this kind of idiocy.
