My blog is mobile friendly but mobile traffic is very low compare to desktop traffic. What can I do to increase mobile traffic?

Does your blog pass Google's Mobile Friendly check? [testmysite.thinkwithgoogle.com...]

Is your blog included in both Google's Mobile Index & Bing's Mobile Index?

If the answer is yes to all the above, then it's just a matter of going out and bringing in the mobile traffic.

Mobile is deeply into Social Media. I suggest opening accounts at all the major SM sites and become active in each. Establish friendships by liking & commenting on other member's posts & while doing so, establishing trust through branding.

Create mobile friendly content and images to post. Creat Twitter Card size images and add the og code to the head of your page markups. Also create FB sized images and link those as well. Read the respective developer articles for information on how to do this for both Twitter & FB. Also works for Google+.

After a few weeks, and dozens of posts, start adding links to interesting articles & features of your site using the FB & Twitter images you created to add interest.

This takes diligence and can be time consuming. It's important to be consistent but not come across as spammy.

Traffic finds sites of interest. If you rank well in desk top and mobile serps and only desktop comes, there's something "not there" to interest mobile. If you aren't ranking in the mobile serp then you're not fully "mobile" in some way.

Aside, are your running HTTPS? Makes a BIG difference as regards placement on the mobile serps.

Do some testing, market analysis, and talk to folks using mobile about their experiences on your site.
