How can I improve my male ratio, get better traffic?
I do not really consider Google advertising as I think, but I might be mistaken, in this case most of the traffic will come from other [similar] sites and not necessary with higher PR.
Any advices are highly appreciated.

do you have content in which guys are interestedOther than a (better than) 2:1 female to male ratio?
Seriously though, do you have some stats for what men and women search for [within your category]? How are you doing on the male search terms?
Also, do you have direct links from male-orientated sites? Or are you a bit heavy on female interest sites?
What does your site offer when you are there? Is it there sufficient 'hook' to keep the men on the site- bearing in mind anecdotal (proven?) evidence that men have shorter attention spans.
How many people do you lose during the registration process? Have you captured gender early-ish and analysed male/female split?

You may be able to tweak the SE referrals by adding some 'helpful' articles for your male potential customers, emphasising the kinds of terms that lonely men search for.
It may be that your site overemphasises the aspects that men tend to admit they seek, rather than what they really seek. But I could be wrong :)
I do not have many articles, [but without mentioning specifics] we do have a lot to offer.
Regarding your comments: "do you have direct links from male-orientated sites?": NO, and this is my problem, I am in Europe but I do not know so well American or Canadian web sites to find right partners, links, etc.
I am willing to use some promotion sites, but did not see any which works towards specific target group. My problem is to bring [men] to the site. I do not need to keep them, they are satisfied with the services.
So, I will appreciate any advice.

Shaddows, I am not sure I understood your questions regarding "Seriously though, do you have some stats for what men and women search for [within your category]? How are you doing on the male search terms?".
I meant that your target audience will use different search terms depending on gender. In my industry, I just need to know search volume. You need to know WHO searched for WHAT, or volume by gender. Then you need to optimise for the male search terms.
Now, though, I think I misunderstood you business. Are you (quite specifically, and I'm treading carefully due to TOS) looking to run a Transatlantic business, whereby one half is conducted in Europe, and the other in North America? Or is it simply that your happy with your successful European operation, and are now looking to [expand into the Amercan market]?
By the way; I've never heard of anyone, ever who has a 100% completion rate of web forms. If you think you are not losing people in the registration process, you need better analytics.

Seems to me a very basic approach would be to:
1) Ensure you get your keyword research done well so you understand the terms and variations the men may be searching on.
2) Buy advertising to reach them. Initially buy kw's via the various search engines (e.g., Adwords). You can also buy some banners this way. That will get your site in front of people in the markets you care about, for the kw's you care about.
3) Open country specific versions of your site to start attracting members in the geo's you care about, via organic search, and start promoting those sites. (Or, add geo targeted sections to the current site.)
Is your site a .com or some other country-specific tld?
I were trying to find good and experienced CEO company, not sure which to choose.
I have a come web page. I have pretty good traffic in my country and countries of the ladies. So, it is more English speaking countries I am interested in.
I have invested a lot of money recently in new features, new and better design, services, etc. to make it better and easier for people.
So, I think the only thing is left now is promotion.

As noted above, Adwords and other ad programs are a reasonably well-proven tool generally speaking for introducing your brand/site to a new audience. You can't hope to rank overnight in the organic SERP's, so ads give you an immediate way to reach your target.
Sounds like you may want to read up a lot on advertising of various kinds. The Adwords approach is one way, and works well for transactional strategies (i.e., driving people to your site who are looking for a very particular product/service based on their search queries).
But understand that many people only succeed in losing money in Adwords when they first get going. You need to wade in, test terms, test variations of terms, test keyword matching alternatives, explore the partner network, etc. Watch your results, refine your ads, your keywords, your matching strategies, even your dayparts (some categories experience more traffic at night, for example...hint hint).
Also explore banner ads. Click through's are lower but they are a good way to get brand exposure in conjunction with other types of programs. Especially when buying click-based options versus CPM options.
I have a come web page
You mean a ".com" Web site? ;-)
If so, think about whether your site is lined up to capture traffic from US and other targeted geo's.
good and experienced CEO company
I think you mean SEO? If so, and you can afford it, might be a good idea. But whether you go that route or not, you would probably be well served to read and research and learn a lot about some of the things already noted in this thread.
Try some of these threads and forums. Some of the threads are a bit dated but the overall message still is relevant:
