I love FeedDemon.
Since it has been acquired by NewsGator it includes sync feature.

I can read my posts from FeedDemon (Win), NetNewsWire (Mac), NewsGator Online (similar to Bloglines) and now Pocket PC deviced. :)

Great question. I work in a BtoB semiconductor company in silicon valley and my manager is asking how to implement RSS. I did a search on RSS and was overwhelmed with the number of feeder readers that exist. Is the one suggested above good for BtoB?

I was looking into Yahoo, but they don't want their feeds used for commercial business.

Once I find a company or two to talk with, I'm not even sure what questions to ask. Any suggestions?

It has an online component and an Outlook component.
You can read them in one place and sync the two together.
Also allows one to get the entire webpage and not just the RSS feed (useful when reading feeds offline).

I just set the main feeds as live bookmarks in Firefox.

Also Newsgator for checking things when I am away from home.
