Gains by Bing are small, but, it's growing in the US. Overall searches are up, too, which is an interesting statistic.

The stats in Europe could not be more different, and that's why the EU is investigating Google. [webmasterworld.com]

Google Sites led the U.S. explicit core search market in March with 64.4 percent market share, followed by Microsoft Sites with 20.1 percent (up 0.3 percentage points) and Yahoo Sites with 12.7 percent. Ask Network accounted for 1.8 percent of explicit core searches, followed by AOL, Inc. with 1.1 percent. comScore: Bing Breaks Through 20pct US Search Share March 2015 [comscore.com]
18.9 billion explicit core searches were conducted in March, with Google Sites ranking first with 12.1 billion (up 11 percent). Microsoft Sites ranked second with 3.8 billion searches (up 12 percent), followed by Yahoo Sites with 2.4 billion (up 10 percent), Ask Network with 332 million (up 10 percent) and AOL, Inc. with 203 million (up 10 percent).

That is awesome, looks like people are finally waking up.
Recently searched Google for live scores of a particular sporting event and Google returned results that were a mix of Big Brands selling tickets plus a few sites showing scores for the 2013 event.
Went to Bing and the site I was looking for was in #2 spot. But why would Google want to rank that site anyway, they neither have good links nor they have much advertising potential? Go Bing!
