Is it just me, or is the MS ad center user interface the worst one that you have ever seen?
About as intuitive as a box of rocks.
Even something simple like changing the minimum bid for a keyword involves flopping arounda all over the website to several sections, and waiting for SLOOOOW pages to load up.

It's pretty awful. I hope the next update will solve some of the usability/navigation issues, but who knows?

yeah it's pretty bad but give it some more time. it always takes microsoft a little bit of time to get things right.....ok maybe not right but at least usable

I sent them feedback on it, for whatever that is worth.
After using Googles Adwords, where I can make simple changes like bid prices in a few seconds, spending 20 minutes just to find the right page (and then having to wait for it to be approved) seems a bit off.

It's sloooooooow. And also, why can't I see "today's" spend?

I find the speed of things a much bigger annoyance then the UI itself, at least for the most part.
If I had to choose between making the current interface faster, or making a new interface at the same speed, I would take the current interface being much faster.

I can only imagine the support staff are all too aware that they have a very poor product. Obviously they can't come out and say this in public and thus we have to trust that there are better things in the pipeline.
How did they get it so wrong - all they had to do was copy Adwords.
