None of them, write your own share links into your design. It is faster, and does not help social media sites track your users.

As to which SM to add, that will depend on your audience. Personally I don't use any of them on most of the sites I manage. They do appear on "fluff" and "entertainment" sites I manage.

I tried out the toolbar app to see what it did. A little bit too much app promotion in what it posted, so I killed it. Some less savvy users might like it, but it seemed a bit too gimicky for me.

So your advise is to use the stock fb/instagram/twitter social apps for sharing buttons? Kindly assist.. thanks

I personally think a site looks better without these third party posting tools. They may have some appeal to certain visitors, but in general they cheapen the site. I would stay with the stock tools from the actual SNS sites.

The problem with these other tools is that in order to make money they need to advertise themselves in what they post on the uses' behalf. This diffuses the message even if they are posting something from your site. If the users like these tools that much they can install them in their own browser. I don't see the real benefit of you promoting these services on your site and forcing your users to download yet another script from a 3rd party vendor just to see your page.

If you are going to add these links, graeme_p's advice is probably the best. Write your own and save the visitors from the tracking scripts.
