It's not a big "one", it's litteraly LOTS of little ones for different operating system versions. Likely only one or two of the many updates will apply to whatever you are running and you can download them seperately from the link in the OP. Also on that page is this warning...

Customers running Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2, or Windows Server 2008 need to purchase the Extended Security Update to continue receiving security updates.

Being safe is about paying moving forward? I haven't checked for alternatives in a while.
