@Sgt_Kickaxe Great idea! I lost a good friend three years ago to pancreatic cancer - he only lasted a few months after getting the news. It may very well be the most deadly cancer there is.
It's people like Steve Jobs that push innovation through those giant leaps. At least in some areas, we'll be 'relegated' to the 'regular' innovation curve. Guys like that are very few and far between.

It's amazing, reading and listening to Steve Jobs it seems that much of what he said can be summed up as "fortune favours the bold". That quoute comes from Alexander the Great who lived more than a thousand years ago.
Many things change but the basic principles remain forever. RIP Steve Jobs.

The maker of those black T Shirts that Jobs wore is donating $20.00 per shirt sold to cancer research until Oct. 16 according to an article [startribune.com] in this mornings Minneapolis Star/Tribune newspaper.
To honor Jobs, the St. Croix Shop has decided to donate $20 per sweater to the American Cancer Society for sales through Oct. 16, Amster said. Jobs died of complications from pancreatic cancer.

I think Steve Jobs had one huge lesson for the computer and consumer electronics industries, best shown by the iPod. Make is simple to use. Less is more as far as interfaces go.
This also applies to websites. This is a good time to think about how we can learn from the principles Steve Jobs enforced at Apple.

I must say I got mad when I watched the News and the great Steve Jobs was dead, be cause we still have no cure for that disease, I think its insane that nothing is done about it. Still its a very sad moment, I wish the best for the Family.
