Now less than a week away, details are beginning to leak out.

With the new tablet device that is debuting next week, Apple Inc. Chief Executive Steve Jobs is betting he can reshape businesses like textbooks, newspapers and television much the way his iPod revamped the music industry—and expand Apple's influence and revenue as a content middleman.
[online.wsj.com...]Yes, you read that right. It's reinventing not just the internet, but newspapers, TV and movies. Oh, and textbooks, too.
The good news for you webmasters: The tablet comes with a virtual keyboard on a 10- to 11-inch touch screen. That means you don't have to make everything point and click. But, you probably should anyway.
Now, let's go to Travelin Cat in for his take on these new details.
Travelin, the WSJ report says Apple is designing the device "so that it is intuitive to share." It might even have the ability to leave virtual sticky notes on the device and for the gadget to automatically recognize individuals via a built-in camera. Sounds interesting.

Any word on a front facing camera for video chat?
Yes, indeed. There are reports that there will be a camera that will automatically recognize individuals' face via a built-in camera, but that might not be in the first models. So, yes, a camera.
Word is that Verizon is going to provide the network when it's not on wifi because Apple is annoyed with AT&T's job with the iPhone. That's just gossip, however.
