Here's one that will stir emotions and possibly result in litigation somewhere along the line by calling web content "freeware". I'd suggest we get our terms of use for web content updated.
Microsoft's CEO of AI said that content on the open web can be copied and used to create new content.

The CEO claimed that there's a separate category of content that cannot be used to train AI, which is indicated by an organization explicitly stating "do not scrape or crawl me for any other reason than indexing me so that other people can find that content."

We have all heard it before.
"Well, I found it on the Internet, so it must be free."
Oh, yeah.

Web material/content has been copied for years and years, so it's nothing new. What makes this different is no longer someone copy a photo for their use, and you could charge them theft and a copyright fee, it's big business effectively making money without paying. Yes, it's been going on for ages, but, it's reached the point that you won't know it has been used, and you won't be able to take any action.
