Happy Holidays

My Google account was hacked on the 19th of December 2019. I managed to restore it today 24 December 2019. After restoration, I checked my Adsense but i got this error.

Looks like this Google account isn't associated with an AdSense account. That's okay. You can either sign in with the Google account associated with AdSense, or sign up for an AdSense account today.

Someone stole my Adsense account. Transferred it or changed its email.

Please help me restore it.

I can't help, but will bump this so folks who MIGHT help (but were off for the holiday) can take a look.

I suspect you will have to burn through dozens of emails, phone calls, etc with g to get any results.

I wish you well in that regard, and hope your New Year will be happier!

Can you bump it to folks now since the holidays are over? I have tried with all the Adsense tools. Nothing happened. Not even a single reply. Not even a simple acknowledgment.

Sorry to hear that your Google account was hacked and apparently your AdSense account was transferred. I would recommend a number of steps.

  1. First switch on two-factor authentication. You don't want to have this happen again ever.
  2. Then add recovery information to your account like a telephone number, alternative email address, etc to get you back in when the device used for the two-factor authentication stops working.
  3. Change all passwords on all services (both Google and non-Google) which you use. Often hacked Gmail accounts contain emails with password reminders or account retrieval links which can be used by hackers to take control of your assets beyond what your Google account directly controls.
  4. Remove all AdSense code from your website(s). No need to sponsor the hacker any further.
  5. If you earned a constant stream of money (I think the current threshold is at least $100 during a specific period) you'll be able to contact AdSense support directly. Otherwise, you have to go through the public product forum.
  6. Apply for a new AdSense account for your websites to get the stream of money again working in your direction. If the application is rejected because Google determines you are already associated with a Google AdSense account, that might actually be the first step to retrieve your previous account.
  7. Refer the hack to the local authorities. Computer hacking and impersonation are punishable by law in many jurisdictions.

I did all that, but google never replied to me. I did everything i could.

Wrote more than 7 topics in Google (useless) community forums. Even got to email to some Google personal emails, I tried contacting other departments like Google Ads, I did everything, but Google Adsense NEVER replied.

Here are the links showing my desperate efforts:

I did the login troubleshooter and chose account compromised, Attached my ID, my passport, My bank statement showing all Adsense earnings which I had received in the past. I uploaded proof of domain ownerships, uploaded even the types of ad codes/tags.... (given that i nolonger have access to the account - they would be no way i would have 1 year old ad codes), even uploaded of screenshots I would take previously when I had earned a higher amount.

All this effort was for nothing. I WAS NEVER REPLIED.

Imagine after sharing revenue with me for years (Over US$60000 plus ), and they treat us like we are nothing.

The simple truth is..... GOOGLE ADSENSE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU.

And what was the result when you signed up for a new AdSense account? Because resolving a problem which happend in December is one thing, but getting your earnings back on track is of equal, if not greater importance.

Luckily I got approached by MonetizeMore. I have since enrolled with them on their ADx platform.
