I'm in the middle of submitting notices to AdSense regarding URLs that infringe on my rights under U.S. copyright law and that are displaying AdSense ads. A couple of queries, since I haven't been down this road before:

* Can this sort of AdSense submission serve as a de facto DMCA notice -- a practical substitute for a notice directly to the web host (specifically, to the agent designated to receive such notices)? Here's what I'm thinking: an infringer whose AdSense account has been suspended and who makes more than couch change with AdSense may very well respond by removing the infringing content and then submitting a reconsideration request to AdSense. So I'm using AdSense as leverage to compel the infringer to remove my content.

* If you're submitting just one URL of an infringing site, but the site contains several different pages where various portions of your content has been scraped, will the infringer's entire AdSense account nevertheless be suspended? Or does the likelihood of suspension or termination depend partly on the extent of (c) infringement at the infringer's sites that display AdSense? (I'm wondering whether I should submit separate forms for each and every infringing page. The online form doesn't provide for multiple submissions, as Google's Web Search DMCA form does.)

* Finally, just wondering: after I hit "submit" on the AdSense form I get a blank page -- no acknowledgment, no redirect to AdSense TOS information, just a blank page. Is this to be expected? (The submission form indicates explicitly that you won't receive any emails from AdSense in response to your submission.)
