Does AdSense still 'see' my page if being served through Adsdaq?

Wondering if I'll still get the AdSense spider if the Adsense code is gone

Adsdaq lets me set a CPM. If it can't serve ads paying me what I request, it defaults to my AdSense account. From everything I have read, this is compatible with the AdSense TOS.

This sounds great, but I am hesitant to remove the AdSense code from my pages, largely for the following reason: as I understand it, the AdSense spider comes periodically. I am concerned that since the AdSense code will not be embedded in my pages any longer, the spider will cease coming and my AdSense ads will ultimately become less and less relevant.

Is there anyone here who runs AdSense as a backup to Adsdaq who can comment on how this arrangement has impacted AdSense for them?

You don't need to worry about removing AdSense code. Google determines content of the page in real-time using keywords and it does not rely on spiders. It is safe to have AdSense as backup to ADSDAQ.

Thank you for your reply, but you are incorrect. Straight from Google's own mouth, they do say that they have a spider (crawler) for Adsense, and that it is separate from the main spider: [google.com...]

I'm especially looking forward to hearing from anyone who has actually implemented the Adsdaq/Adsense 1-2 combo such that Adsense is only shown via Adsdaq.
