Google had blocked my website after a lawsuit by a competitor. The case was dismissed for lack of prosecution and a settlement was reached. I emailed Google to resume my ads mentioning the case dismissal by the court. But Google didn't reply even after 4 days. Can anyone let me know how much time can be expected for a response from Google? And what are the options if Google doesn't reply. Thanks.

They may need a copy in writing, or a link to a legal website showing the dismissal.

What was the issue?

Hi please check this thread if you are interested - [webmasterworld.com...]

Basically the competitor just wanted to kick me out since he feared that I will beat his rankings and earn more than him. However, even if the case was dismissed by the court we have decided to settle issues outside to avoid future enmity. If that doesn't work out, will see what can be done.

Google seems to be acting strange, even where the court case has been dismissed, and google had said that ads would re-enable my website within 48 hrs - there still isn't any sign of the ads getting activated

6 months + 96 hrs after receiving mail and still counting... :(
